EatoFund
The Systemic Investment Fund of the EatoSystem
Financing the design, development, and global deployment of regenerative food systems.
Four Aligned Capital Streams
EatoFund aligns four forms of capital to finance regenerative systems at every stage.
Foundation grants and mission-aligned donors supporting early-stage development, research, and community-driven design.
Enterprise contributions through CSR programs, sustainability initiatives, and strategic partnerships to scale regenerative systems.
Capital seeking measurable returns - financial, social, and environmental - through regenerative food infrastructure and operations.
Public funding through grants, subsidies, and national programmes supporting food security, health, and climate goals.
Seed Phase
Collaborating with local communities, global experts, leading enterprises, and AI, we design and develop 32 local regenerative food systems - one for each county. This is the architectural blueprint for Ireland's national regenerative food future.
In parallel, we develop the EatoFund - the systemic investment fund that will finance, scale, and sustain the 32 Systems across Ireland. The fund aligns four streams of capital - Philanthropy, Corporate Philanthropy, Impact Investment, and Government Investment.
Grow Phase
The 32 systems are deployed across Ireland, establishing a nationwide regenerative food network that optimizes health, community, and environmental impact at scale. Ireland becomes the first country with a fully integrated regenerative food system.
During this phase, the EatoFund begins deployment - directing aligned capital from philanthropy, enterprises, impact investors, and government to support the rollout and growth of each county's regenerative food system. EatoFund activates the investment needed to move from design to real-world implementation.
Harvest Phase
Each Irish county licenses and partners with one country to replicate, adapt, and evolve the EatoSystem globally. This licensing model enables each country to build its own regenerative food system, grounded in Irish innovation and local adaptation. Ireland becomes the catalyst for a worldwide transformation in how food is grown, shared, and sustained.
At this stage, the EatoFund expands beyond Ireland - supporting global licensing, adaptation, and deployment of the EatoSystem in partner countries. The fund provides the capital architecture needed for nations to design, develop, and grow their own regenerative food systems, guided by the Irish model.
Why EatoFund Matters
Regenerative food systems require systemic capital — not one-time funding, but coordinated investment across phases, sources, and time horizons.
EatoFund is the financial architecture that aligns philanthropy, corporate support, impact investment, and government funding to work together, removing the fragmentation that slows transformation.
By structuring capital as a unified fund, we can move from fragmented projects to whole-system change — deploying resources strategically across 32 Systems, 32 Counties, and eventually, 32 Countries.
EatoFund is the engine that turns vision into reality.
Why Ireland
Ireland's compact geography, strong community structures, and agricultural heritage make it the ideal proving ground for regenerative food systems at national scale.
With 32 counties, Ireland provides a natural framework for testing 32 distinct systems — each tailored to local conditions, yet connected through a shared model and coordinated investment.
Once proven in Ireland, the EatoSystem and EatoFund become a template for global replication — a blueprint for how any nation can build resilient, regenerative food systems that serve health, community, and the environment.
Ireland leads. The world follows.
