EatoSystem

Global Licensing

EatoSystem expands through a County-to-Country licensing model: Ireland's 32 counties become proven License Hubs that help launch country partners using the same standards, tools, and learning loop.

Year 1 builds 32 Systems. Year 2 deploys to Ireland's 32 counties. Year 3 licenses to 32 countries through collaborative partnerships.

County-to-Country Licensing

Ireland's 32 counties become proven License Hubs that help launch country partners using the same standards, tools, and learning loop. Each county hub carries a proven System framework and the capability to transfer that knowledge globally.

In Year 1, a "System" means a deployable blueprint + operating model, not necessarily a fully built physical site. This allows rapid development and refinement before deployment.

3-Year Rollout

Year 1 — Build 32 Systems

Develop deployable System frameworks through collaborative workshops.

  • System Packs: complete blueprints for each regenerative food system
  • Produce Model logic: Core Basket + USPs + Role Lanes
  • Food security module options: storage, processing, seed/nursery, water, energy
  • Digital twin requirements: virtual modeling specifications
  • EatoAI inputs: data architecture and learning loop foundations

Year 2 — Deploy to 32 Counties

Roll out proven Systems across Ireland's 32 counties.

  • County-level deployment of System frameworks
  • National grid formation: interconnected regional systems
  • License Hub establishment: each county becomes deployment-ready
  • EatoAI integration: real-time learning and optimisation

Year 3 — License to 32 Countries

Expand globally through county hubs and collaborative partnerships.

  • County-to-Country licensing: proven hubs transfer knowledge
  • Collaborative partnership model: local operators + Irish expertise
  • Localised adaptation: ecology, culture, and economy fit
  • Global EatoAI network: shared learning across all countries

County License Hub Responsibilities

Each Irish county becomes a License Hub with specific responsibilities to support global partners.

  • Blueprint authority: proven System frameworks ready for transfer
  • Capability transfer: training + mentoring for country partners
  • Quality and standard protection: integrity and consistency across all deployments
  • Support for local adaptation: ecology + culture + economy considerations
  • Connection to the network learning loop: EatoAI-powered continuous improvement

What a Country License Includes

This is not a "farm plan." It's a complete regenerative food system.

Eato Standard

  • Health: food quality, integrity, nourishment
  • Community: jobs, access, skills, local benefit
  • Environment: regeneration, biodiversity, water, circularity

Produce Model

  • Core Basket: shared baseline for regional food security
  • USPs: Eato Signature Produce unique to each region
  • Role Lanes: national responsibilities and specialisations
  • National connection logic: how Systems work together

System Development Framework

  • Collaborative workshops: expert-led co-creation process
  • Repeatable outputs: consistent artifacts across all Systems
  • Local adaptation methodology: ecology, culture, economy fit

Digital Twin

  • Virtual modeling of complete System
  • Scenario testing before physical deployment
  • Continuous optimisation through real-time data

EatoAI Configuration

  • Learning loop: continuous improvement across all Systems
  • Measurement framework: Health / Community / Environment indicators
  • Predictive analytics: yield, risk, and waste optimisation

Food Security Modules

  • Storage: preservation and distribution infrastructure
  • Processing: value-added and buffer capabilities
  • Seed/Nursery: propagation and genetic resilience
  • Water: sustainable water management
  • Energy/Cold Chain: renewable power and temperature control

Collaborative Partnership Model

Three partners collaborate to deploy each country license.

County Hub Partner (Ireland)

  • Provides proven System blueprint
  • Delivers training and mentoring
  • Maintains quality standards
  • Connects to EatoAI learning loop

Country Operator Consortium (Local)

  • Local farmers, producers, and enterprises
  • Regional government and institutions
  • Community organisations and educators
  • Local adaptation and implementation

Capital Alignment

  • Philanthropy: catalytic early-stage funding
  • Corporate Philanthropy: enterprise-aligned giving
  • Impact Investment: returns-based regenerative capital
  • Government Investment: public infrastructure and policy support

License Levels

Countries progress through three license levels as their Systems mature.

Explorer

Co-creation and planning phase.

  • Co-creation workshops with county hub partner
  • Digital twin development and scenario testing
  • Blueprint localisation for ecology and culture
  • Capital alignment strategy

Pilot

First Systems go live.

  • First Systems operational and producing
  • EatoProduce begins flowing to market
  • Reporting and measurement active
  • Learning loop connected to EatoAI

National

Full country deployment.

  • Scaling pathway across multiple regions
  • Food security module integration
  • National grid formation: interconnected Systems
  • Potential to become License Hub for other countries

EatoProduce Naming

All produce from licensed Systems carries the Eato prefix, signaling it meets the Eato standard.

  • EatoTomato, EatoCarrot, EatoBeef, EatoMilk, EatoEggs, EatoHerbs, EatoGrains

Eato is a standard, not a label.

The naming standard protects brand integrity across all licensed countries while ensuring consumers recognise the quality, traceability, and regenerative commitment behind every product.

Join the Global Collaboration

We invite governments, enterprises, farmers, researchers, investors, institutions, and communities to participate in building a regenerative food future.
