Hugging Face x EatoSystem
We want to build Aristotle with the Hugging Face community.
Aristotle is the first EatoAgent we're building. Once it's ready, Aristotle will create 32 county EatoAgents — Dublin, Cork, Galway, and more — to support Ireland's local regenerative food systems in 2026.
A note to Clem and the Hugging Face community
Hello 👋 We're building EatoSystem to help communities design and deliver regenerative food systems locally. We'd love to build Aristotle openly with you — starting small, staying practical, and improving it together.

Once Aristotle is working well, it will create one EatoAgent per county — named after the county.
